We're sure there may be questions you have about the specifics, and at Troopcor handling "the specifics" for us is job one.

Does this name change affect existing services ?

Not at all. This name change does not affect any of our existing services. Everything you’ve come to rely on—our management software, routes, pricing, systems, and overall approach—remains exactly the same. The only difference is our name: Transcor is now Troopcor for Military Shuttle Services. Our mission remains unchanged, but with an even greater focus on serving you.

Will the software I know how to use be changing?

No, the software you’re familiar with remains the same. While we’ve upgraded our servers and refreshed our logo to reflect our new name, there are no functional changes to the system. Our goal is to make this transition seamless for you. As always, we are committed to continuous improvements, with scheduled upgrades planned for the future—but rest assured, any updates will be implemented smoothly to enhance your experience without disruption.

Is the support staff I know still running the show?

Yes! The same dedicated team that has been managing Military Applicant Transportation under the Transcor name continues to lead operations under Troopcor. The only change is our name—everything else, including our staff, expertise, and commitment to service, remains unchanged. We appreciate your patience during this transition.

What's the deal with the name change then?

Since the 1970's Transcor has evolved from primarily managing bus ticketing for the U.S. Navy—to handling air, rail, bus, and shuttle transportation for all branches of the Department of Defense, as well as the Department of Labor. To better focus on Applicant Transportation to and from the MEPS we have created Troopcor as a dedicated agency. This will allow us to continuously improve the service we provide.
